Horizontal Directional Drilling

Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) is a highly efficient and trenchless installation method for the underground placement of HDPE ducts and Emtelle’s FibreFlow microduct bundles.

Directional Drilling is used where open cut installations are not feasible or the option to open trench is not advisable. It has minimal impact on the surrounding area, suitable for a variety of soil conditions and in general only requires two manholes.

FibreFlow DBR


FibreFlow DBR (Direct Buried Reinforced) microduct bundles with double sheath and ca. 30% higher tensile load compared to standard microduct sheath.


FibreFlow PVC reinforced


We offer FibreFlow microduct bundles reinforced with PVC filling.


TUBE BUNDLES


Our tube bundles are tight protected microducts suitable for installation of fibre units containing between 1 to 24 fibres, as well as 24-144 fibres in Minicables.
