uPVC Telecom Duct Interference Ring Seal (IRS) Socket
Emtelle UK have developed a comprehensive range of Telecom Duct systems and accessories, designed to meet performance requirement for underground Telecom networks. All of our ducts meet industry standard BS EN 61386 450N Class and can be supplied with either an Interference Fit Socket (IP4X) or Interference Ring Seal Socket (IP68).

OD/ID Options Available...
A tapered socket design with the addition of a ring seal.
Create an IP68 rated connection, prevents the ingress of dirt and water.
Available in sizes 50, 110, 125, 180, 200, 225 & 250mm.
Manufactured to meet BSEN 63186. (450N Compression Strength at 23deg).
Also available in 1500N version for shallow burial.

Emtelle Ring Seal Couplers provide a watertight, IP-68-rated connection for green telecoms ducts. Manufactured from solid wall uPVC, they enable secure joining of two plain duct ends with integrated BSEN 681-1 compliant seals.
