
PowerProtect+ uPVC IF Bends are designed to be used with uPVC IF Duct where a change of direction is required. Available in a range of angles and radii designed to work with typical power cable minimum bending requirements.
Each bend is manufactured with an integrated Interference-Fit (IF) socket, enabling quick, secure connections while preventing the ingress of dirt and debris.
Applications and Installations
uPVC Power Bend Interference Fit (IF) Socket
Class 1 equals 450N at 75⁰C, equivalent to 750N at ambient temperatures.
Class 2 equals 450N at 50⁰C, equivalent to 550N at ambient temperatures.
High Strength equals 1500N at 23⁰C.
A push fit socket design which can be assembled by hand.
Create an IP4X rated connection. Prevents the ingress of fines greater than 1mm.
ENATS-12-24 Class 1/Class 2. (450N Compression Strength at 50/75deg).
The ability to withstand compression forces from external loading.
Ease of installation with integral jointing system, making the product simple to install.
Enhanced cable performance through efficient heat dissipation offered by uPVC duct systems, due to the high compression to wall thickness ratio, compared with alternate systems.
Systems are re-useable when cables are replaced or repaired, therefore maximising asset life and reducing further disruptions to the roadways and footways.
