Direct Install (DI) with foil Microduct Tube Bundle
Direct Install with Foil is designed for direct-in-duct applications, featuring a durable 125µm aluminium layer bonded within a flexible black PE sheath. For easy access during installation, a pre-installed rip cord runs the full length beneath the sheath, enabling fast and efficient opening.

Assemblies of PE microducts (m/d), each designed for low-friction performance.
Aluminium Water Barrier
Each tube bundle is wrapped in an overlapped aluminium layer to block water ingress.
Flexible Outer Sheath
A black outdoor PE sheath is bonded over the barrier for added protection.
Lightweight & Flexible Design
Intended for direct installation into existing ducts, but not suitable for direct burial or aerial use.
EM-Liner
Low-friction liner reduces time and effort during fiber installation.
Extended Blowing Distance
Blowing track performance confirmed up to 2000 meters.
Standards-Compliant Testing
Microducts are tested according to IEC 60794-5 standards.
High Pressure Resistance
Pressure tight up to 15 bar.
UV Protection
Provides UV resistance for up to 2 years in EU conditions.
