EM-Wrap (Double Layer)

The EM-WRAP is a flexible wrap closure designed to provide additional mechanical protection to microduct tube bundles at a joint location or where a window cut has been made, and microducts are branched off. What makes the EM-WRAP unique is its gel-free technology, making it fast and easy to install and reusable. The flexible closure is stretchable and fits perfectly over Emtelle’s FibreFlow tube bundles, whether the microducts are buried, ducted or overhead. The installation is easy by simply wrapping the sheath around the tube bundles and inserting the tabs through their corresponding openings to form a sealed wrap, fixed in place by cable ties. In cases where additional longitudinal water tightness is required, the EM-WRAP comes with its double-layer option, which even offers IP67 protection.
