Leadership Team

Tony Rodgers is the Chief Executive Officer of Emtelle, a member of the company’s Board of Directors and Steering Committee. Tony joined the company in 2014 as the Group Chief Financial officer and was a crucial part of the expansion of Emtelle’s manufacturing capacity in Europe and the acquisition of duct manufacturer Moore GmbH, later becoming group CEO.

Tony’s focus is on taking a strategic approach to Emtelle’s business and its future. His collaborative approach and strength create scalable & trusted relationships across the group. Tony’s leadership and guidance support the group to evolve and diversify their portfolio as they move towards an ambitious future.

Sanjay Nischal is the Managing Director (Middle East & Asia Pacific) at Emtelle.

Sanjay joined the company in 2021 following the acquisition of Afripipes Middle Eastern operations and is a crucial member of the team to support the development of Emtelle’s activities in the region.

With over 30 years’ experience in the industry, Sanjay has a strong focus on maximising excellence in market development, product manufacture and service delivery. His demonstrated leadership abilities will support Emtelle’s Middle Eastern and Asia Pacific regions to grow as Emtelle moves into the future.

Kerry joined Emtelle in 2021 as the Group Chief Financial Officer. She has a wealth of experience in senior finance roles across various sectors and worked closely with Emtelle whilst at BDO when she acted as our Audit Manager for a period.

An honours graduate in Mathematics from Glasgow University, Kerry qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PKF (which later merged with BDO) and, after qualification, joined Lloyds Banking Group in the Business Support/Non-Core finance teams with a focus on distressed corporate real estate and leveraged finance with spells in Edinburgh and London.

She subsequently re-joined the audit team of BDO back in Scotland, working with large corporate, AIM-listed and not-for-profit clients and also; she was involved in several IPO listings.

As Solutions Director, Colin is responsible for new product development and product launches for the group. He leads the Solutions team, spearheading innovative design and development of solutions to serve international FTTX customers. He originally joined Emtelle in 1992 as an apprentice and has worked in field support and business development. In 2018, he was named Solutions Director.

His vast experience working in pre-connectorised, blown fibre cable & ducted network solutions makes him a respected industry leader in developing passive network infrastructure solutions.

Beni brings over 30 years of experience in the optical communications industry to the company, having held senior leadership roles in other globally recognized organizations. His deep expertise in engineering, product development, and market expansion, combined with a proven track record of driving strategic growth, positions him as a pivotal leader in advancing innovation and accelerating business success at Emtelle.

As President of Emtelle USA, Beni oversees operations and sales of Emtelle’s state-of-the-art manufacturing and testing facility in Fletcher, North Carolina. This facility is a cornerstone of Emtelle’s “Made in America” initiative, designed to meet the increasing demand for locally manufactured, high-quality fiber optic solutions.

Gavin has over 25 years of international experience in senior leadership roles across the Telecommunications, Enterprise, Oil & Gas, and Utilities sectors. Skilled in management, go-to-market strategy, negotiation, sales, and operations, Gavin has led teams and driven growth across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific. Known for a collaborative approach and global perspective, Gavin builds strong, lasting relationships that deliver results.

Dr. Lossen joined Emtelle GmbH as Managing Director in November 2023 and has since taken on an expanded role as Managing Director of Emtelle Europe. He has been instrumental in driving operational success across our European market.

David, joined Emtelle UK in July 2024, bringing with him over 20 years of leadership and board-level experience. He has a proven track record of successfully leading complex and diverse teams across various industries, and he has made a significant impact.
