EM-Wrap (Single Layer)

The EM-WRAP is a flexible wrap closure designed to provide additional mechanical protection to microduct tube bundles at a joint location or where a window cut has been made, and microducts are branched off. What makes the EM-WRAP unique is its gel-free technology, making it fast and easy to install and reusable. The flexible closure is stretchable and fits perfectly over Emtelle’s FibreFlow tube bundles, whether the microducts are buried, ducted or overhead.

Durable & Weather-Resistant – With strong temperature resistance (-25°C to +60°C) and a UV-stabilized, dielectric outer body, it’s built to withstand harsh environments.
Flexible & Adaptable Design – Stretchable outer jacket and low-profile closure fit even irregular shapes, with options in double or single layers and adjustable lengths.
Easy Installation & Reusability – Quick to install, re-openable, reusable, and ideal for various ducted microduct bundles from Emtelle.

EM-Bend

EM-Bend product is designed to be quick and easy to install only using cable ties. It offers a smooth 90° bend while protecting the tube connector for optimal cable blowing performance. Can also be used as an L/T-branch.

EM-Wrap (Single Layer)

EM-Wrap product is designed to be quick and easy to install. It offers protection to exposed microducts and tube connectors when performing a tube breakout. It also offers ingress protection to the exposed system.
