Emtelle’s training partner, Cable Telecommunications Training Services, Ltd. (CTTS), provides the first-ever accredited training course in blown fi bre systems, Managing Passive Optical Networks and Air Blown Fibre Systems. Completion of this innovative course leads to a British Technology and Education Council (BTEC) Advanced Award. In addition, Emtelle works with two partners in Denmark, FiberDK and IT Skolen. Having received ‘train-the-trainer’ instruction from Emtelle, experts at these companies can provide high-quality instruction for technicians wishing to gain proficiency in Emtelle’s air blown fibre technology and products. Emtelle also provides two greatly respected courses, Installation & Maintenance and Design & Engineering. Completion of these courses can lead to Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) accreditation by BICSI, a global non-for-profit organisation committed to the advancement of Information Transport Systems. Emtelle’s air blown fibre courses are the only ones of their kind that lead to BICSI re(qualification).
